Creative writers, we believe, are part of a larger web of changemakers—individuals who can use their creative talents for the positive transformation of society. To this end, we’re dedicated to cultivating, harnessing, and propelling the ability of queer writers to make this change. We want you to use yourself, your experiences, and your voice to craft narratives that inspire and drive progress.

At Gender Ink, our team is composed entirely of dedicated, trained volunteers who are passionate about using writing for social change. From college English students to professional writers with extensive work on intersectionality, our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wide range of perspectives to everything we do.
